1. Cut one capsule biweekly for 2 months. Should by about 7% if my math is correct.

 

2. Now cutting one capsule every 7 days for 8 weeks. Equal to about 14%

    So far completed 2 out of 8 with 6 weeks left.

 

So far so good.
