Started Temazepam 30 mg Lortab 10 mg.    1998    Neck injury

Opiates increased til Ortho Dr    1999 neck fusion.  No help

Added 1 mg 3x daily lorazepam, Serzone.  2001. Interferon treatment Hep c

5 months later crashed all meds.  Hospitalized 3 days?  Hallucinations

Return home on no meds but stable, 2 hours sleep nightly, very weak

1 month back to lorazepam, lortab and temazepam for YEARS.  Depression go figure

2003 total hysterectomy

2005 fell from ladder huge hematoma right butt check.  Very Kardashian but lopsided

During this whole adventure I.m getting massage therapy, injections and every test imaginable

2007 2nd neck fusion found bone spur wrapped around spinal cord and others frags. Woke up felt immense relief

2008 sciatic nerve surgery to clean out blood clots from fall. Peeled open like onion. Given 50% chance, if treated immediately after fall would have been 100%. Took me 2 years to find a Doctor

Still pain resumed all meds above

2010 total thyroid removal. Now on Synthroid

Also temazepam stopped working now Ambien

2016 really fed up with Pain Mgmt shots quit opiates

August 2018 start taper from 4 mg lorazepam

September 2018 terrible spine pain , can’t stand after 20 minutes

December back to PM dr for epidural began 1 10mg oxycodone (broke 1/2 am, 1/2 pm) also 4mg tinzanidine 3x as daily. No way, super dizzy so took one when wake up at 2 am to fall asleep

March 2019 now at 2mg lorazepam, 10 mg Ambien, 4 mg tinzanidine, 10 mg Doxepin, 10 mg Norco break in 1/2 as needed. Trying never.  Really feel crappy

 

 

 

After studying serotonin syndrome now thinking  ruh-Roh

Tonight will break 1/4 tinzanidine weekly and drop, no more Norco(easy enough at this point) and will drop 1 ml lorazepam weekly after above.

 

I am in serious trouble. 20 years of this nonsense.
