Trying to come to terms

I’ve been nonstop reading and that may be a good and a bad thing. I am positive I’ve always been histamine intolerant and with this tapering it is through the roof. I know that for me these symptoms can last a lifetime considering the damage done to my CNS and the fact that I already had a histamine intolerance. Trying to imagine a life like like this is shocking to the system. I’m working on accepting what is and finding peace but This is truly debilitating for me. I haven’t worked in over ten years and after the split from my ex I have to all the sudden “be good at something”. I had no idea how I was going to do that as it was and now with these withdrawals life seems impossible. Really would love to hear from someone else with histamine intolerance. I haven’t found anyone who had the sensitivities as severe as mine and healed. :-/
