Standstill?

I am in fourth month of healing and found this month to be incredibly frustrating.  The waves were worse in the earlier months but I was getting windows quite often.  My symptoms were all over the place and was very unpredictable.  Things were consistently changing and now about the last month I feel like I've just stayed the same..... actually i've gotten worse slowly over the last month.  When things don't change much it just seems discouraging.  I don't know if I'm in a wave or if this is just my baseline.  Any thoughts?

Same has been happening to me...I'm in pretty much a steady state for the last month.

I am in Month 10 and still dealing with stuff. Best advice I can give you is distraction and know that you are healing. 🙏🏽
