I am so happy to be free of the benzo habit and I only wish I remembered the exact date.  But in all honesty, it didn't happen on one single day - it took weeks! 

 

I hope everyone who visits this site gets a little support and knows that they're not alone.  Quitting and getting clean is brutal, but it can be done!  Hang in there
