Can prolonged excess glutamate progressively lower ones awareness?

Kind of as an Adaptation to protect neurons or so?

Especially If the Body doesn't have enough/very little

reserves to handle it? I feel like sleep deprived

for 100 days, I have very little awareness of my

surroundings & my brain Just isn't processing

sufficient Input, it is quite severe. However Last year when

I was in constant tolerance my body had No issues with that high amount of stimulation. I so have no Trouble sleeping at this Point though. The reduction in awareness came gradually but then Hit very hard. I'm at my wits end Here.
