Want to reinstate so badly. It will numb my sadness.

I am so sad right now and want to take a benzo not to feel this overhelming sadness.

Everybody around are jokeing, laughing, living their lives. I am quiet and sad. So sad and empty. So i need to explain that the whole process is not withdrawal

After my first year benzo free in may 2018 my best friend from university with who i was living left me. Now i am in new place alone, well with my father for the last month and i am the unhappiest person in the world. It is sad because i was the happiest person once upon a time. I used to sing dance all the time. Now barely can speak a word. I dont know what to do. I feel trapped. Also i think that my brain playing me tricks just to give it some more benzos. I used to be very addicted.

When will benzo be a distict memmory? I am so sick of thinking nonstop about withdrawal.

No it didn't. I dont have much anxiety but I am severe depressed.

But my taper from seroquel made me more sad. I can cry. I couldn't before. I am so sry that you feel so alone. 

It is hard. I feel also that I am alone even if I have my husband. I am alone in hell...

 

I also feel trapped in my prison...my body and my very sick brain

I am obsessed thinking about this w/d.  No hope left. I am more sick than ever. 19.25 months off. Still pure hell!!! So afraid.

No it didn't. I dont have much anxiety but I am severe depressed.

May be i experience also that sadness from seroquel taper. I went off seroquel on 8 march. Crying and eating all day. I know what you mean by saying that you are alone in hell.

I felt good on Valium until I started to get paradoxical reactions and tolerance w/d. I was so sick on them that I had no other choice tham stop taking them. And then a even worse hell open and I am still there. I have had a few weeks less intense. Back in a wave since saturday.

Ok Sun thank you for your responses. I know that we will be better in months. By the way i am in love with Sweden was there while i was on bromazepam in 2016. The old good days. What dose of diazepam were you? Mine was equivalent to 15-20mg.
