Three months out , need some HELP!

Got a really bad reaction from antibiotic Cipro 1 1/2 year ago. No physical problems. Mostly Psychological issues Extreme anxiety, Suicide idealization, extreme insomnia DP DR were the first symptoms. Use Benzos for 6 months got somewhat stabilized and taper them for the last 10 months. Now two months out Dizziness extreme anxiety increased, very bad doom feelings DP DR. Don't know if blame Benzo withdrawal or Cipro still kicking after such a long time? Although I tried to be conscious eating I had some treats that may be I should't have, nothing extreme though.

Thanks for any comments from the ones that endured Psychological issues and used Benzodiazepines like Klonopin or Valium after getting floxed. It's getting really bad. If I go to the doctor will medicate me with Benzos again!
