Sensory processing issue did u guys have this?

So now when I’m in a car I can’t even look outside. It’s like all the stimuli my brain can’t receive and respond so it’s all a jumbled mess. Very uncomfortable feeling. So I don’t go anywhere or do anything. Who has honestly had this and how did it feel?

Oh yes! I do! All the time. More when I am outside. Like my brain cant take all input...

Like everyrhing is unreal

A very scary feeling. And I am going away fpr 5 days like this. It will be really hardm but I cant say no to my husband

I get massive amounts of these issues. For me though, its not panic nor do I get anxiety. Its mainly just very hyperstimulation that causes mental akathisia and that sometimes leaves my head and transferred  to my body.

 

As for stimuli, sometimes I get hit so hard that it knocks me out and I cant talk or even formulate a clear sentence.
