Who honestly has 24/7 anxiety and can’t function? Like can’t even eat or clean or focus on anything

i had it for a long time.

 

i see you are just over a year out.

 

 

it will start settling soon. probably over the summer!

 

good days will slowly start happening.

 

just try to breath and stretch and things will slowly get better. :)

Yes  Total shakes shivers weird thoughts, agitation, dry retching.

Last three days have consumed.

Paracetamol

Ibuprofen

Phenergan

Prochloperizine

Extra diazepam

 

Sorry you’ve had it.  Til one has it’s unbelievably horrible.

Don’t jump Phenothiazine meds’
