Does anyone have this constant electric in there brain? I know it’s healing but it’s seriously killing me.

Like it’s all threw my entire brain...front,back,temples,ect....and I have this chemical 24/7 very anxious feeling in my chest all day everyday,does anyone else have that? It feels like I can cry so easy so I know it’s nuerotransmitters healing and upregulateing...it’s so uncomfortable..any feedback would be appreciated...

probs not the cause, but just be sure your drinking plenty (extra) water...
