Feel hot in head and face but normal.to the touch

My head and face and even my eye sockets feel hot and achy but when I take my temp or feel my skin its normal. I have been in a wave and this symptoms seems to ne dominating this month. I had  severe stress that set this off since Monday. I dont remember feeling the hot feeling as constant as the past few days. My head is very very tingly too and only lessens when I get up and move around. Has anyone else experienced this? My stomach also has a hot feeling in it and I have a weird tsste and feeling in my mouth.  It is so hard to just ignore this. It is making my anxiety worse. As soon as I wake up it starts. I am seven months out now.

I have the horrible heat feeling throughout back, abdomen, ribs, neck, pelvis, head. It feels like a sort of hallucinations of great heat. It is mostly in my tight muscles.

 

Metallic taste is normal - mine is more chemical.

 

What is your weird mouth feeling like? The whole inside of my mouth feels unreal, sort of numb but toointense. Own tongue feels like I am not connected to it like the rest pf my body. Teeth feel tight, too big and numb. Mouth feels too big and like it goes up into my brain.

I used to get this same feeling for the first 3-4 months after I jumped.

My tongue and mouth feel kind of sour and acidic, my throat feels kind of hot on the inside to. My stomach also feels kind of sour.

I had these sxs whilst in acute which was basically the first 5 months, they eased up a lot until I had an AB setback at 9 months, 16 months now and fading away, all part and parcel of this horrible experience.
