Memory issues

Has anyone experienced weird short terms memory issues? I tried to remember the faces of two strangers that I came in contact with earlier today  and their faces are patchy. I don’t even think I could pick them out if I saw them again. This has me super freaked out. I feel like I’m in a fog.

Yes. Severe for me as well. From everything I have read, our short term memory will return.

Oh good thank you! I swear it’s a new symptom everyday. I grow more and more afraid as this goes on :-(

Yep - had awful memory issues but they let up as I tapered lower and lower. Still have memory issues but it’s manageable. At the beginning of my taper I would forget how to tie my own shoes and how to use my computer. I couldn’t figure anything out for the life of me. Normal w/d sxs

Thank y’all for your reassurance. I will try not to let my thoughts spiral. When I imagine the future it’s hard to see all these symptoms disappearing but it’s helpful to know these are all normal.

Yes. I am trying to connect symptoms with healing but it’s hard not to connect symptoms with pure hell and nothing else lol.
