I’ll be traveling with my wife and two young sons (4 and 17 months) this weekend and feeling unsure about what to expect. I have been holding at my current dose for almost a week but still have anxiety waves in the late afternoon.

 

Any advice from people who have travelled while still navigating withdrawal sxs? I’m  confident I will manage OK but nonetheless worried about how I will handle social anxiety.
