Hi. I would greatly appreciate someone’s input here. I started tapering at 1.5 mg of Kolonopin, taking .5 mg pills three times per day. I have now filed down my first pill to the point where I have to crush a pill into powder form and weigh that. My question is how do I ingest that powder? Do I eat it with a spoon of apple sauce. That seems odd to me but I don’t know of any other way.
