How to ingest when get to powder? Apple sauce?

Hi. I recently started my taper of 1.5 Kolonopin in the form of three .5 mg tablets. I have been doing a daily micro taper by weighing the pill. I have gotten the first pill down to a very small size by shaving it but now I must crush a pill with a mortal and pedal. I am curious how I ingest the powder. Do I eat it with some apple sauce? That seems strange to me but I don’t know of any other way. Can anyone please let me know?  Thank you very much.

Just dampen your finger with your tongue, touch the powder with your finger, then put your finger in your mouth to ingest the powder. Repeat until the measured powder is fully ingested. best wishes
