good news on dissociation/depersonalization

so if this helps anyone experiencing similar symptoms, last week i hit a wave of bad dissociation during my taper. i paused at .5mg for a bit and once it balanced out, i noticed a huge difference in my depersonalization! the first time it's gotten less in 10 months!!!! it's huge for me. so if this helps anyone, it's getting better in that regard for me. everything else obviously is not that much better but this specifically is a huge help.

Thanks seafoam, I suffer from it too.  It's a very lonely place.  The objective world denied. 

 

I stopped taking Valium 2 months ago, and am still experiencing it.  I do get tiny glimpses of the 'real world', but it never lasts. 

 

When I stabilised at 1.25mgs v did see improvement, but now at zero it's returned. 

 

I'm hoping this is early days, and to be 'expected' until re regulation, with all its beauty, takes place.
