Swollen Lymphnode Under Chin @ Seven Month Out?

At seven months out off of "Klonopin", "Morphine", "Hydrocodone", and "Gabapentin" I got slammed by a massive WAVE! With the aforementioned being said one week leading up to this I noticed a lymphnode under my chin was swollen? Has anyone had any issues with swollen lymhnode(s) etc?

I consntaly get swollen lymph nodes in groin and under my chin. the chin one feels hard and about the size of a small marble. it comes and goes. sometimes painful

In my armpits, and occasionally in my groin. 

 

Seems to come and go.

Yes ,glands under my lower jaw .

I lost 40lbs that I did not need to lose during this, so I am not sure if I am just so thin that I can feel them or if they are actually swollen . They feel pretty large /different enough that I actually noticed .

Do you notice any correlation between your "Lymph Nodes", swelling up before going into a WAVE? (IE) Leading up to this I first noticed the swollen lympnodes a week before being thrown into a WAVE?
