finger jerk/ twitch/movement

Hi Everyone,

 

Sorry for a new thread, my head fog is getting lighter but now a new symptom has emerged. I am almost 6 months off Xanax. My thumb moves involuntarily, kind of like spasms/twitch. Has anyone had this symptom or is this something serious. I am so scared and want some assurance. Sorry posted in a wrong place earlier, unsure how to delete it.

Hello, My fingers will move and twitch and even my muscles in my bicep but I just ignore it and eventually it stops. I pay it absolutely no mind whatsoever. Crazy things happen during withdrawal and recovery.
