Feels like something is lifting from my head and nose. Anyone else have this? I have had horrible head pressure for the past month.

Feels like something is lifting from my head and nose. Anyone else have this? I have had horrible head pressure for the past month.

 

Pulling, squeezing, ripping, tearing, pressure. This has been a pretty steady symptom since around my 3rd month in wd. It has gotten a lot better & some days it is almost non existent. The areas that it affects have gotten smaller & the intensity has decreased. The sensations no longer worry or freak me out & usually pass within an hr or so of onset. If I’m not careful about caffeine or crappy foods it may return but it’s more bothersome than anything else. No longer effects how I function day to day whatsoever.

It’s crazy! My head pressure has gotten worse since stopping July 2018. I am getting more windows. I am going to try acupuncture to see if it can at least calm it back down so I can feel somewhat normal.
