I felt the exact same way. Could not remember how it felt to be normal. But my situation was maybe worse than yours, as I took benzos for thirty damn years. Oh what a mess I used to be. I sort of forgot what normal feel like. But once I haled from benzos and ADs, I knew what normal felt like.

Benzo wd is so weird and will make you think you are crazy or have gone insane. You haven't but that is how bad it feels.
