Blood pressure spike again!!??

Why does my blood pressure be normal for days and weeks and then out of nowhere spike up for most of the

I thought this was over for me. I am six months out. I get scared when this happens. It used to happen daily in the summer. I am on a bp med that usually works pretty well. Anyone else have this problem too?

Mine does that too just spike up for no apparent reason. It does not happen as much and most of the time now it will go too low especially when i stand up. I have seen the GP and a cardiologist and both say it is nothing to worry about. Initially I probably went to the ER about 10 times for elevated BP and Heart rate and they found nothing. the cardiologist told me not to go any more.
