Sorry to hear you are still struggling with symptoms at 12 months off. Healing can take some time for long term users and those who are sensitive. Try to remain patient and keep your self distracted. The symptoms should eventually go away.

 

I would like to suggest that you do some research on the various boards. Becoming well informed should better enable you to make difficult decisions as well as provide you with the tools you need for a successful recovery.
