My living nightmare

Hey there!

 

I was prescribed Lorazapam (Ativan) for my panic attacks, which started as a miracle drug & has left me in a life of living hell.  I am also epileptic (which I probably shouldn't have even been given this horrible drug), but I haven't had a seizure in over 5 years.  Now, I'm on the verge of a seizure almost every day & can not wait to have this poison out of my system.

We are very glad that you found us! I am sorry to hear that you are struggling with the Ativan. You are not alone, hang in there...

 

I would like to suggest that you do some research on the various boards. Becoming well informed should better enable you to make difficult decisions as well as provide you with the tools you need for a successful taper & recovery.  You will find many knowledgeable members who will support your efforts to be benzo free.
