Hi guys!

I am 16m off. I had 2 brutal waves for 5 months in constant terror, last one finished at the middle of march! Okay I have improvements here and there. The real problems for me are triggers like to get Cold or going to a dentist also stress situations etc.etc.

Whole these triggers are throwing me in brutal waves and they are just like in this moment I'am C/T'ed.

These triggers are throwing me in Acute waves so strongly

that they flare up everything!

In my case every time they are hitting me with brutall muscle contractions non stop with brutal nerve pressure! I cant sleep, I cant eat. Like I am gonna explode. And of course anxiety is on the roof!

Folks why the triggers are so strong and nothing is changed there after 16m. Off.

Its so frustrating! I dont have any power to continue in this! Last night I was remember what was in day 1.

I am so discouraged and disappointed!

In my live probably I have to forget to train in gym again with weight and bunch of stuffs that I've loved before!

When the triggers will be not triggers anymore??

I don't think anyone knows the answer to your question, Lexsant, it is (so) individual to each of us.

As we no longer take benzo's (yay), I can only think of the standard things such as relaxation, yoga, meditation, etc.

Being kind to ourselves is really important, and all I can think of for myself, sometimes unsuccessfully.  I take baby steps, and try not to give myself a hard time.

Have you considered seeing a therapist skilled in CBT, etc.?  It might help you deal with the triggers and associated anxiety.

Best I can do Lexsant.  :)

I’m so sorry.  I’m only starting month 5 and I’m still in Acute.  I can’t even imagine months out.

Hoping BWD is over soon for ALL of us.
