Yes! My blood pressure begin normalizing after a few months of abstinence from benzos and alcohol. At 13 month, my blood pressure is normal.

Mine went better at about 12 months, sometimes I get a spike if the wave is especially brutal but it comes down pretty quickly, now if only the other sxs would disappear....

Mine has been the other way , dangerously low . I was stuck at 80/50 for the longest and felt terrible . Its trying very hard to stabilize at 102-110/70 though at night it will go back down to 92/65.

 

I hope we all stabilize .

Oddly,

Most folk drop their bP whilst on benzos, though I agree some of us have it raised.

It should come down but remember the natural ageing processs bungs it up long term.
