I have incredible weakness and fatigue. There's nothing I can do is there? If I get up and walk around I experience extremely painful headaches. Should i just rest alot? Being in bed makes me anxious cuz I think I think I'm going to die. I'm connecting my physical health to that of people in hospice care.
