Major decline at two months

Just over 2 months off of the K-pin now. Up to now, it's been bad but most days/nights are manageable. Painful... but manageable. I have even had a few windows already, one of which was so good that I convinced myself I was outta the woods already. But then last night was the worst yet. The mental anguish was pure and utter torture and hell. I'm feeling a little better now, but I'm still kind of shaky because it was just too damn scary. I'm not sure how many more of those I'll be able to take! Really hoping those will be few and far between, and that I'll start seeing the light at the end of the tunnel soon. My wife has about had it with me, too.

Unfortunately, this process isn't linear.  Ups and downs over time is completely normal, and two months is early days yet.  Things will improve in time.
