Overstimulated. Must be a set back.

Not good. I'm feeling really overstimulated. I've got this burning third eye sensation in my brain. Daylight is too bright. My brain is numb. My arms are numb. My thoughts are irrational and racing. I must be rebounding off one of the supplements I took. I seem to be kindled. Ahhh, why am I so sensitive to things? I hope this passes in a few days...

I'm so sorry you are feeling horrible and that your parents are yelling at you. Do you have any activities that help you distract? Something? Anything? I hope w/d will back off soon and you'll be feeling good again. In the meantime, I hope you can find some relief.

You really should stay away from all and any supplements.. Anything you do to seek comfort and relief from withdrawal will only cause more damage to your receptors and all relief is temporary. Only healing and time will do it. Setbacks are temporary.

A few things could be causing this.

Sometimes the vitamins can rev you up when your body is deficient until that deficiency is remedied.

You might be taking the wrong vitamins, especially b vitamins because of methylation problems etc.

Or your CNS just can't handle anything synthetic right now and is very sensitive.

The bad wave was just going to happen regardless.

Yep. Yep. Of course. I think it was probably the mag. The b vitamins seemed to help my akithisia. Might be cured of it now. Just in a bad wave again.

You often say you are over stimulated by TV and computer screens and you post on here a lot. Maybe spending so much time on here isn't the best for your brain. Why not take a few days off and see if it helps at all.

Screens definitely overstimulate us. I have had times where I couldn't bear to look at a computer screen for more than a few minutes.
