I can not stand seeing nightmares

every EVERY night and wake up frightened,

soaked in sweat, with numb head.

Better not to sleep at all  :-\

I saw your sign. I am a cervix cancer survivior. This is much worse. I dont know how to beat this torture... :-\

I treated cancer with surgery, chemotherapy, physical therapies, exercises, medicines.

It was a war that I had weapons, on this hell I have nothing

I remember the disturbing dreams. People have no idea how bad nightmares can get until they CT off benzos. I'm sorry you are suffering with them. I had them and dreaded going to sleep. I was even afraid of my bedroom. But they did go away. It took several months. Before they did, I would sleep with a light on and it helped upon waking up from one. Hang in there. I hope you get relief soon.

Same here. After I CT’d I went through a stage of sleep paralysis which gradually turned into night terrors & now it’s just become nightmares on occasion. I’ll take a normal once & awhile nightmare over the sleep paralysis & night terrors ANY day. I thought some sort of evil entity had entered my life, it was absolutely terrifying. Not nearly as bad as it used to b tho so I’m grateful for that.

Not anywhere close to as bad as it was the month’s immediately after my CT, so I can at least b grateful for that.
