almost 3 years off strange metabolism

Hi all just a quick question

 

almost 3 years off and i can't seem to lose any weight on my belly area im on a diet , i ride my bike daily (even with the muscle pain i bite thru)...........

 

but it doesn't help.

The belly is the last place it comes off sadly.

Check your GP has done thyroid screen??? and Renal/Diabetes screen might be worthwhile.
