The last couple of weeks I keep choking on either saliva, or stomach acid, or some liquid in my breathing pipes. I didn't sleep for many nights because of it. It's a torture! I finally went to ER today. It was my first trip after 8 month ER break.

 

They didn't check my throat. Chest X-ray was fine, labs were fine, so they sent me home even though I was still choking. Probably need to schedule ENT?

 

My anxiety and panic due to this constant choking and coughing were through the roof lately. Even that bad ideation returned.

 

I also had almost daily migraines for weeks.

 

Not sure what triggered all this. I am caffeine, alcohol, drugs and meds free, clean diet.
