My sacrum has gone rigid and al, the muscles are tight and gristly as they are wherever they attach to bone.

 

Anyone else?

I have tight muscles, the worst being on the left side of my back radiating to the left side of my front. When I dropped 5 mg in one day, I got the most gosh-awful pain that I figured was a heart attack or pulmonary embolism.  Really!  I could hardly breathe.  Since I know what I'm doing now with my taper it got better, but it's still there.
