Back of my head burns

I was having burning skin problems these past few days

But now the base of my skull, the back of my head burns like when you leave hair dye to long

But it feels internal

Anyone ever had this problem ?

Yes, mine has been doing that since I jumped and it comes with excess heat, redness and hair loss.

I put cold packs on it frequently ...that helps

Yes, me too since I jumped 17.5 months now.

I was my hair with cold ish water every afternoon few times is give me some relief.

Omega 3 helps a bit too for me.
