14 months and improvements

So it's been 14 months today and I do see improvements.  At 1 year I posted that I considered myself 60% better. With me I noticed that I still have symptoms just less intense than in the beginning of my withdrawal. I still have some annoying numbness in my legs and feet but not so intense. Im still slim but I seem to be filling out a little. Sleep went from 4 hours to 6-8 and I do take naps when I  have the opportunity.  Life doesn't seem so grim when I awake in the morning.  I still have some bad days, just spaced apart more. I know when I need to rest and know when I need to move. I would say I'm 70% better at 14 months.  Hang in there loves. You benzo buddies helped alot! ❤

I love this message. I'm just over 16 months off and I'm feeling the energy coming back. It feeds on itself and you do more and feel better for it and sleep better.

 

These time frames of 14 - 18 months are very significant.

Happy for you, ellielocks!    I am, like you, about 14 mths off, and am starting to really come back to life again.  It's great, huh?  I sleep really well now, even if I do have to get up 2 or 3 times for a pee
