Anyone been sick after jumping?

My daughter was sick with a bug Maybe, throwing up a lot and a cough .

I think I caught something because now I just feel worse .

Can being sick exaggerate everything?

Ive just been recovering from a cold/flu in the last week and Ive definetely noticed that my withdrawal symptoms have flared right up along with my cold symptoms. It hasnt made for a fun week at all. It may be a co-incidence, hard to know for sure, but i suspect thats there's a link based on the fact that Ive read a lot of other people saying the same thing. Our immune system is under stress and that could well have an impact on our endocrine (hormones) and nervous system.

I dont think theres a great deal you can do about it other than treat yourself with the same TLC you usually would when your sick, get plenty of rest, dont over exert yourself, plenty of fluids etc.
