Congratulations on staying the course! I know how awful symptoms from a benzo c/t are, I've done it, but hopefully you'll start feeling better soon.

Congratulations on your five month mark. Big accomplishment, I know that the withdrawal symptoms are awful, and like Megan, I also quit cold turkey and am feeling better. Stay the course and keep going! Read success stories as they give us hope that in time, we will also heal and recover our lives.
