My brain feels like it's not in my head

This may sound odd, but then again most of my wd symptoms do!

 

Does anyone ever feel like their brain isn't in their head ?  Like your whole mind has been wiped of everything expcept maybe for the negative thoughts and anxiety...also like your emotions and mental state / mind are just numb.  does this go away?  Thanks all.

I guess it would also be like a really intense mind/ body disconnection?

Yes mine felt like it was not attached. It takes time and more time. Zaps and more zaps but you will get better.

I have had this feeling. Almost like the brain has been pried loose with a crowbar. Its sitting somewhere in the back. But empty.. nothing but a heaviness. Or a vacuum, not sure which. noises remind you that you are still there. But there is nothing to say..no idea of a......

This passes and becomes less frequent..I think it is when you are at the apex of a wave.

I had the sensation on month two thru four and have not had it for a while.
