Good day to all ♥️

I am 16 months yesterday off of 1 mg clonazapam 22 months off of an antidepressant.

I feel really good.

I didn’t think I could get any better after month nine because I did feel really well at that point. But I’ve noticed these past months things improved and now these past 4-8 weeks I just continue to improve on a daily and weekly basis ♥️

Its crazy 😜 I felt well and able to maneuver life again cooking and cleaning and exercising and living fairly normal at 9 months off, but this just continues to get better. And it will for all of you too.

Of course  I live a healthy lifestyle since I have been medication free, staying away from alcohol any other medications any supplements and eating very healthy and daily exercise. I started the exercise very very slowly from month three it was just a daily small walk around the yard then up the road and now I’ve worked up to running several miles 4 days a week.

I write this today because I’m on here seeing if any of my friends are well yet or how they are doing and I see a lot of people here struggling.

I just want to be positive and give hope to all you people here.

Being positive has helped me a whole lot, staying away from triggers trying to be as healthy as possible and positivity every single day of the week every single day of the month and every single day of the year.  I know that’s hard when in the midst of all this hell. But I truly believe as time passed for me just little things that got better along the way made me realize healing was coming.

Even at 3, 4, 5, months off, there were tiny little things that improved that’s what kept me positive and hopeful.

Today I just want to tell you all that healing does come and your time will come!!!

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a cure for this and that time was the only healer every time I heard that I thought how am I ever going to make it !!!! But I now know the truth is TIME is TRULY the only healer. and the way I look at things is at least WE ALL DO HEAL in the end♥️♥️♥️
