Stupidly took .25 mg's Lunesta!!!

Hi, I'm kinda scared because I stupidly and desperately took .25 mg's of Lunesta!  I'm down to 1.75 mg's of V and have been sick, sick, sick and not sleeping.  I decided to try a little Lunesta and now I'm regretting it!  Did I totally screw myself up???

No, that's a very low dose, I think you will be just fine.

I took a half tab of Ambien... WORST thing I could have done. Set me back weeks to early stages of withdrawal.didnt know it was a GABA drug til too late.  BUT, things slowly got better.... yours will too.🙏

Wow, so that made me really sick!  Tossing and turning all night, dizziness, headache, nausea and heart palpitations!  Not what I was expecting, but obviously I was desperate.  Now I know not to try anything during WD!  I've made so many mistakes that have set me back...I need to realize time will heal and to take it day by day.

 

Thanks for the responses and hoping this stupid mistake didn't mess me up too bad!

I understand your desperation, but relief will not be found in pills right now. I would not worry too much about .25 mg of Lunesta as that is a very small dose. I would worry about why you are keeping these pills around to take. You may think of them as a security blanket, but I would call them something much less friendly.
