anyone else experienced Numbness in lips and arms...not tingling or pins and needles but straight up numbness, almost like my arms are floating sometimes too.

I experienced both, it's like I had to touch my lips to make sure they were there, the same with the arms, sometimes they were so numb I had to move them to see they were there.  It has improved a LOT, I hardly get it anymore.  Wishing you good healing!  :)
