Auditory hallucinations

Crawling sensations

Head pressure

Tongue pain

 

Things that still suck:

 

Physical pain

Joint/muscle pain

Daily crying spells

Memory loss

Cog fog

Intrusive thoughts

Racing thoughts

Fatigue

Fear of never getting better

Depression

Weakness

Apathetic

Feelings of hopelessness

 

Bring it on!! I’m ready for another year!!  I’m grateful for how this experience has brought me to my knees & taught me patience, acceptance, hope, humility, gratitude & faith.  And some serious self care & wellness practices!!

Congratulations on your one year benzo free!!!!!!

 

It's a great milestone and although you are not yet healed, you are that much farther away from benzos and that much closer to wellness.

 

I remember seeing my one year anniversary pass and not being healed.  The good thing is that although I had some significant waves after the first year, I also had some amazing windows.  You're on your way to recovery!!!
