Does anyone ever look down - like at their phone - or even wake up in the middle of the night and now know where they are? Is this a wd symptom? Sometimes when I look down at my phone or focus on something for too long, when I look up I've completely forgotten where I am or what I'm doing and then I freak out.

Yes, definitely.  The confusion and memory problems was the worst for me in months 1 and 2, and then it got much better.  It still comesback sometimes, but not as bad.  Hang in there, it will improve, it's your brain starting to stabilize.  ;)

OMG yes.  This type of forgetfulness has been super common for me during withdrawal.  I get sort of lost in my dreams and when I wake up, especially when I am anxious and sleeping light, it takes me a while to remember stuff about my waking life.

I often forget what I am doing more than where I am. One time I was driving home from the grocery store and had to pick up my husband at work on the way home.  Well I got all the way home, not really thinking about it and when I parked the car, I knew I had forgotten something.  It took me until I finished unloading the groceries to remember I was supposed to go and get my husband.  Luckily, it's not a super long drive, but that one freaked me out, mostly cause of how completely and quickly I forgot it.  I had JUST messaged him before I left the store, saying I was on my way.

Thanks for sharing  Greencup. Lol. I'm sooo forgetful and I'm doing things incorrectly. But the spaciness and not knowing where I am puts me into a complete state of anxiety. Amazing that you were able to drive alone and go to the market. The market is NOT Amy friend with all of the lights and people.

Thanks, Ginger. This symptom sucks - and I have like 30 other symptoms to go along with it.
