Burning Joint Flares

I already suffer from chronic pain but it’s never been like this.  It is constant & the flares are so bad I can’t get up.  It’s mostly my neck, hips & knees but it will radiate to all joints.  Every one of them when it’s bad.  It feels like warmth, pressure, swelling, severe aching, muscle weakness & tightness.  It’s always worse after I try to do light strength training at the gym.  I’m at 12 months & convinced I’ll ferel like this forever.  That it’s not withdrawal & that it’s just my body responding to ongoing chronic pain with more pain.  I’m so sad, scared & hopeless right now.
