Zoning Out

Anybody ever get zoned out, making it hard to focus on anything? I can't even watch tv or play video games the same.. there's no focus & I zone out on the TV..

Yes, I had/have. It is hard to focus on TV or other things like my phone...More after my CT better now after my relapse.

Yes, severe since stopping benzodiazapines. People are like yelling at me and I'm zoning out on something else, oblivious to what's going on around me.

Yes, it depends on a day.  For example, today not only can I not focus on TV, but it also bothers me to the point that I have to mute it.  But some days are better than others  .
