3 week wave. Will I come out of it

Been coping not too bad but around 2-3 weeks ago I went into a bad wave, I didnt worry because I thought I would be out of it in a couple of days, like the past but Its not got better. 3 weeks ago I was shopping ,gardening,  baking, now completely non functional.  Need some reassurance and positive words please. I cut 8 weeks ago and started to feel unwell 1 week after that,  then slowly got worse.

That happens to me too, Beano. You will come out of it. Sometimes it's worse when you know what feeling good is like. The contrast is huge. But you just have to wait for a window to come back and I wouldn't cut again untill it does.

That is very normal and common. I can tell you that your good windows will get better! It is frustrating, but it will pass.
