Yes, benzos are known as an ototoxic medication.  I think the eustacian tubes are definitely affected by benzos.  In fact, this was the first side effect of benzos that sent me to the doctor over and over.  A month or two after I was switched from temazepam to clonazepam, I began having problems with a sense of pain, pressure in my ears that felt just like an ear infection, along with recurring dizziness.  I took round after round of antibiotics that caused great anxiety without helping the problem.  How I wish that my doctor knew it was a side effect of benzos.  That would have saved me from years of suffering.  :'(

Ringing ears, dry, red, burning eyes.  Dim and blurred vision.  I've had this throughout wd as well, but it's getting better.

I have found some days, as the day goes on, the more I have pressure in ears.  It like that horrid feeling like after a flight and it feels horrid to speak because of the full feeling and pressure in my ears.

I have all of this too. Ringing (but more in my head than ears), pain/pressure/stuffiness in the ears, clicking and popping, airplane ears that need popped, stuffy ETs, the works. Head pressure too. I was 5 months including taper on about 1mg klonopin. I'm 4.5 months off and although I'm having some tiny bit better ear days, it definitely got worse for me as I've been further out.

this head and ear stuff is my worst symptom. I'd be close to healed if it weren't for all that. And the ear stuff spikes my anxiety so I feel like it's hindering my healing.

I developed what the otolaryngologist termed "eustachian tube dysfunction" after long term benzo use. Sometimes they feel full or partially blocked, and when I yawn or move my jaw in a certain way, I hear crackling in my ears. I've learned to live with it.
