Withdrawling from Lexapro and Trazadone

Is there a manual  for tapering anti-depressants, like Lexapro and Trazadone ( like the Ashton manual for benzos). If not, what percentage  per month should I taper these meds?

I know of no such manual.

However, Ashton has some general guidelines in her Manual.

survivingantidepressants has tons of information abou tthis. They say around 10 procent each month, because with antidepressants there can be a delay in symptoms which you would feel too late because if you would go faster you would have tapered again. But you can try and see how you feel. i go slower because i need to

I was on Lexapro and went cold turkey, though unpleasant experience, it passed within 2 weeks.  Main symptoms were brain zaps, eye zaps, crying spells, nausea, and headache.  My withdrawal from Lexapro was nothing in comparison to my benzo withdrawal.  Wishing you luck!

I had to cold turkey off lexapro because it turned paradoxical.  My withdrawal was very hard after 20 years on ant-d's.  Still don't feel like me and yes check out survivingantidepressants.
