...anyone come out of this with an underlying disorder? How did you treat it? Not sure if I do or don't... struggling at 12 months.

I'm sorry you're going through such a difficult time right now.  Many of us who reach a year off and are still very symptomatic feel discouraged by the fact that we haven't healed yet.  I know I did, and many others have gone through this as well.  The fact is, it does take some of us over a year to heal, that's not uncommon, and most of my healing came in the second year off, when my major symptoms dropped away one by one. 

 

Again, what you're going through, though extremely difficult, is something that a lot of us have gone through.  So now it's especially important to redouble your self-distraction routine, live only one day at a time, and try to get out into the world occasionally.  You can do this, and there is healing on the other side.  In time you'll be able to work again, and things will return to normal.

 

If you are feeling extremely depressed, you might consider taking medication, but it sounds like you're already tried some of them.  They certainly don't work for everyone.

                From what Ive read it seems that when people are fully healed they tend to go back to their baseline before they started taking benzos.

If you struggled with anxiety/depression prior to benzos you may very well experience that after complete healing, but only at the level it was before not at the astronomical levels it can get to during withdrawal.

At 12 months you could still have some healing to do, so dont assume you will be burdened with how youre feeling now, forever.
