Fear I won't heal or that it will take a very long time! Feeling hopeless.  :'( This fear is SOOO HORRIFIC!!!

I feel EXACTLY like this. The torture is relentless. But it does not make sense that you will not heal. You WILL heal. Everyone does and so that means you will too.

 

Do you have any brief moments of peace...even 1 minute. If you do then recognize that your body CAN feel normal and so it will rebalance. If you can, BAYLISS.COM is a wonderful resource. You have to pay a monthly fee now but there is a helpline you can call.

She is amazing. I have had a few sessions with her with skype. She has tow book Recovery Road and WIth Hope in My Heart. She went through protracted withdrawal from Benzos. SHe is a therapist. A beautiful wise woman. She runs the Helpline for benzo withdrawal people. I only tried to call on the first day and it was busy but I am not sure now what it is like.

she just started a new website where you have to pay monthly to have access to it. She just stopped doing skype sessions because she was so busy so i think now she is focusing on her website and practice in England.

Not doing good. The fear, extreme anxiety, intrusive thoughts are still awful so I'm gunna try crossing over to Valium to see if it helps any! I'm desperate.

And unfortunately I'm still feeling hopeless about healing!
